Key Responsibilites/职位描述
-Define channel value position and channel strategy. Lead channel activation and in store solution.
-Lead internal stakeholders and external vendor for digital activation solution implementation.
-Leverage currently platform co-work with cross function team to continuously improve in store visibility.
-Set up mini/CVS activity plan with right portfolio approach and in story visibility support
Qualifications/任职条件
3 years in TMKT or FMCG sales experience;
- strong knowledge on mini/CVS channel or related channel, OTO industry is a plus
- Strong knowledge on consumer insights and shopper insights, as well as consumer engagement/small format store owner engagement/CRM etc
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and strong cross function relationship across an organization to achieve project goals;
- Thrive in a fast changing/learning organization with fast-paced growth.
