Talent Acquisition Programs Overview

Talent Acquisition Programs is the nucleus of ServiceNow’s Global Recruiting team. We build the programs that accelerate the pace and scale at ServiceNow is able to hire. One of the strategic levers within Talent Acquisition Programs is our EPiC (Entry Points in Career) team, who drive relationships with universities, connects students to our high-growth opportunities. The EPiC team is instrumental in helping ServiceNow’s identify and hire their next generation of leaders.

Role Overview

We’re looking for someone with a builder’s mindset. Someone who is able to create, pivot, fine-tune, and smile along the way. As a University Recruiter, your will understands how to attract, engage and foster relationships with students. You will be a mentor, guiding students through our process and into our company. You will have the opportunity to make tremendous impact on their career by hiring them into a revolutionary company. Role Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for hiring MBA, Finance, Marketing, Sales, HR interns and building the entry level talent community
  • Lead full cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer accept
  • You will become a talent adviser for hiring managers, influencing their decisions and building our future
  • You will partner with multiple departments to drive the intern program
  • Create and implement standard methodologies and recruiting strategies to hire top talent
  • You will present quarterly staffing analytics to leadership with insights and guidance

Role Requirements

  • 6+ years as a University Recruiter supporting the business organizations of a growing company
  • Ability to articulate the ServiceNow value proposition and culture both externally and internally
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross functionally within the organization to make things happen and impact results
  • Ability to operate independently, make decisions, and have a strong work ethic
  • Strong track record of sourcing and hiring passive talent
  • Passion for perfection and strong follow-through abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
