Job Description
DescriptionThe Store Operations Specialist is an individual contributor who is responsible to customize, create and deliver non-merchandise solutions and coordinate all supporting activities of the ordering process for the new and existing Bath & Body Works locations. This role will also be focused on graphic design support for internal store operations communications including learning and development theme tools and onboarding materials.
The focus of this role will shift based on the workload of non-merchandise and learning materials needed to support the time of year and peak times.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand and demonstrate LBrands values and priorities.
- Work with the International Team resources to ensure alignment with international or domestic processes, priorities and materials.
- Customize or create store operations solutions needed to support new partner launches.
- Design, coordinate, communicate all calendars, updating DMs and international teams.
- Partner with ¬¬¬Mast Procurement on sourcing and ordering learning materials, non-merchandise supplies, and theme props in the most cost-effective manner.
- Ensuring that new stores non-merchandise and learning tools are ordered and shipped to support the opening according to the new store opening processes and timelines.
- Participate in store operations onboarding sessions as required for partner team onboardings in the Home Office.
- Support current processes in store operations to ensure resources are best utilized and support all partners in the most effect way.
- Solicit partner feedback on steady-state process bi-annually to ensure the non-merchandise and store learning process are supporting the teams in the best manner.
- Assists store operations team with additional projects and workstreams as necessary.
- Supports Learning & Development and Non-Merchandise Procurement with calendar planning, creates and enforces processes and ensures deadlines are met through constant tracking.
Qualifications - Strong computer skills including Microsoft applications (Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required.
- Proficient in Adobe In-Design
- Excellent organizational skills with a flexible approach to shifting priorities of multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact and influence all levels of management and partners around the world.
- Ability to think strategically and globally.
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organization skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
