Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for profiles interested in undertaking a new stimulating job opportunity as
IT Service coordinator. You'll be an IT Specialist with management skills. You'll solve customer technical and functional issues, incident and service request but also you’ll define deadlines and time schedule, perform administration and back office activities. You’ll plan, define and monitor company strategies in order to achieve the goals. In this role, your contributions and leadership will be vital to provide high quality to our customers. You are responsible for solving It issues, for restoring normal service operation as quickly as possible to minimize the impact to business operations.
