Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead / assist in crafting the value proposition and technical solution for Salesforce (and Platform application like Vlocity/Communications Cloud) opportunities.
  • Lead / assist in presenting IBM's unique value propositions (including the depth and breadth of experience) to Clients (including CxOs) in the BSS Transformation (including Salesforce) domain. The aeas of expertise will include: CRM, Product Catalog, CPQ, Order Management on Salesforce and Oracle platforms.
  • Lead / assist in delivery of Salesforce and/or BSS Transformation based engagements. This will include - solution architecture design/delivery, as well as providing leadership and direction to the delivery team to accomplish the committed objectives.
  • Build Salesforce platform and TME Industry expertise within the CoC team and Client account teams. As part of the engagement with the teams, mentor and coach the team members on aforementioned core skills and expertise.
  • Contribute to new thought leadership towards transforming our client's agenda, including working in close partnership with our ecosystem partners.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Extensive experience in delivering BSS transformation initiatives within the Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment industry
  • Deep Solution architecture knowledge and experience (including Delivery) in the Business Support Systems (BSS) domain, specifically on the Salesforce Platform including the Communications Cloud (previously known as Vlocity). Areas of expertise must include - Product Catalog, CRM, Order Capture, CPQ and Order Management.
  • Experience in leading responses to RFIs, RFPs, RFQs and similar client requests, pertaining to BSS Transformation, including Salesforce platform based solutions.
  • Detailed, working knowledge of Telecommunications industry standards like - TMForum Frameworx, Open Digital Architecture and others.
  • Salesforce and Vlocity platform certification.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Expertise in Oracle BSS/OSS (Siebel, BRM, OSM) suite of products will be useful.
