You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.
Your Role and Responsibilities
· This will be a Lead and SME role on SAP Ariba solutions who will be responsible for delivery and sales of Ariba in the region
· Develop go-to-market strategy inline with the practice strategy and manage relationships with SAP in the region.
· Lead and consult with client technical/functional teams to design and invent processes and solutions to optimize performance.
· Coordinate teams in the discovery, understanding and resolving of anomalies to ensure solution and delivery quality.
· Work with the Team in the delivery of high-quality work and adapting to new challenges for continuous innovations in SAP Ariba.
· Stay up to date on the SAP Ariba innovations and functionalities to bring the latest value to the customers.
· Manage and lead teams through resolution of client business challenges and solution performance.
· Work with the Team in execution of strategic sourcing across the full source to contract process.
· Work with the Team in conducting supplier research to support sourcing efforts and/or supplier qualifications.
· Strong understanding of procure to pay, source to contract, category management as it pertains to sourcing and procurement processes.
· Ability to lead workshops, gather and document business requirements along while working with Ariba team to configure requirements.
· Lead teams in the creation of custom forms and configuration of standard Ariba guided buying forms.
· Strong experience with product sourcing, materials purchasing and consulting clients on vendor management best practices

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
· 7-10 years of implementation experience of technical/functional knowledge of Ariba modules: Sourcing, Procurement and Payment (Financial Supply Chain) Solutions
· Must have experience in pre-sales and delivery of SAP solutions for customers preferably in different industries.
· Proven implementation, pre-sales experience on Ariba Sourcing solutions –sourcing, contracting and spend analysis.
· Proven implementation, pre-sales experience on Ariba Procurement solutions –buying and invoicing, Ariba catalog, Invoice Management.
· Implementation experience in S/4HANA for Central Procurement for at-least 2 organizations in relevant industries.
· Display architect level functional and technical system knowledge of SAP Ariba P2P standard processes and configurations.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
· Demonstrate strong ability to analyze and consult with clients on highly complex supply chain technical/data issues utilizing analytics and visualization tools to efficiently address business problems.
· SAP certification preferred
