You will be based in our Atlanta, Chicago, New York, Tampa, Waltham or Washington office as part of our global recruiting team that is responsible for supporting North American firm service professionals. Our global recruitment team manages the delivery of exceptional talent to the firm through cultivation and attraction to assessment and selection. The team works across all functional areas in the firm and you will work closely with key stakeholders in areas such as finance, people, practice management, risk & compliance, legal, communications and publishing.What You'll Do
You will focus on hiring for one of our growing key functions in North America and you will work with the leadership team to drive all aspects of the recruiting process. In this role, you will develop recruitment strategies, build trust based relationship with internal clients and work to quickly understand their talent needs. Additionally, you will determine hiring targets, develop role profiles and manage the end to end assessment process to ensure success of new hires. You will be responsible for the full candidate life cycle, turning profile requirements into effective sourcing strategies using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing and referrals to approach, attract and develop candidate interest.You will work hand in hand with candidates and internal clients guiding both efficiently through our robust process, synthesizing feedback from assessors and threading together a story line to determine the viability of a candidate’s success while providing consistent reporting to leadership on pipelines and progress against your goals. You will be responsible for managing 10-12 recruiting processes with a focus on quality over quantity, partnering with our in house sourcing function, who will manage our direct search activities, and recruiting administration team, who will manage interview coordination. You will participate in recruiting related projects globally to set best practices and will work to identify and recommend improvement opportunities. Lastly, you will ensure recruiting remains a leadership agenda item and will help develop the skills and capabilities of other members of the recruiting team.Qualifications
