Your Role and Responsibilities

• Mainframe Batch Scheduling including JCL creation and maintenance.
• Change Control.
• Soft Copy support.
• Second Level problem determination, reporting and escalation.
• Batch Operations
• Problem and Change Management.
• Client Application SME's,
• Storage Management.
• Automation Team (IBM).
• Bilingual in English and French.
• Canadian Federal Government Security Clearance Level 2 - Secret.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The following all require minimum of 5 years experience:

• Technical Expertise in Mainframe batch scheduling tools: Zeke/Zebb, JCL, Dispatch, Cool.
• Problem and Change Control Tools: Service Now.
• System Tools: TS0/ISPF.
• Experience with System and Application upgrades, SLA's ( reporting and escalation).
• Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
• Bilingual in English and French.
• Federal Government Security Clearance.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
The following skills should have 1-2 years experience:

• Jabber.
• Slack.
• Lotus Notes.
• Microsoft products: Excel, Word.
• Box.
• OASIS (umbrella task for ZEKE, ZEBB, ZARA and Z/Team).
• Webex.
