About the role:

Reddit is growing quickly in 2021. In preparation for this growth, we revamped the foundation for our HR business tools’ framework with the launch of Workday HCM, BenAdmin and Payroll modules in late 2020. We are looking for a thoughtful solutions architect with a proven track record to help us scope and build enhancements, identify gaps, and provide technical expertise for scalable configuration in Workday. This person will report to our People Operations Manager and will work closely with partners in IT, Finance, and other cross functional teams.

What you'll do:

  • Work directly with the global P&C Team, Subject Matter Experts, and Stakeholders to recommend, design, and launch Workday upgrades and enhancements
  • Have a deep and nuanced understanding of how system configuration impacts processes inside and outside of Workday, especially related to Payroll, HR, Benefits, and Recruiting functions
  • Manage the Workday Job Architecture design process including in-depth involvement with Workday Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation configuration
  • Lead/project manage Workday Core HCM improvements and change management
  • Partner with Benefits for Ben Admin impacts related to HCM updates, Time-Off and Leave, Security and other Workday configuration support
  • Support activities surrounding Workday data integrity and compliance
  • Maintain job code tables, EIB uploads, ad-hoc reporting/analysis, administration of compensation plans, bonus programs, sales commissions plans, and equity plans

What we can expect from you:

  • 3-5 years of configuration and support experience with Workday Core HCM and Compensation/Advanced Compensation
  • Ability to create innovative solutions based on requirement gathering
  • Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and highly confidential data
  • Knowledgeable in other Workday functional areas is a plus
