We are part of the IBM Data&AI organisation and in the business of Payments Management Our applications process commercial and retail transactions and improve insights, efficiency, scalability, visibility and compliance.
Our Payments team develops Business Services and Network Services for the standard SWIFT network. Our software solutions handle 25% of the global SWIFT traffic. The largest banks world-wide run our software solutions.
Your Role and Responsibilities
We are part of a global software development team in the financial sector together with locations in Germany, Ireland and the USA.
As Software Test Lead, you will be responsible for the design and execution of tests for the FTM SWIFT Services Product. In close communication with the agile development team, you will ensure that the quality of the delivered software is excellent and fulfills the requirements of customers and the SWIFT Network conditions. Reporting of the test status as well as the continous improvement in the executed tests are part of this position.
You will lead the test and design of new tests for the FTM SWIFT Services product. You will work together with members of the development teams and our global team to ensure a consisten test strategy within the FTM portfolio. We expect from you that you are open for new experiences and challenges, that you bring new ideas into our team, that you are ready to learn new state-of-the-art technologies, and that you have good teaming soft skills.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Java programming experience
One or more operating system experience (Linux, Unix or zOS)
Software testing experience
Technical leadership experience of Quality Assurance teams
Fluent verbal and written English
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Computer Science or technology related degree
Familiarity with Application Server or Message Broker technology.
Experience in GUI testing (Selenium)
Experience in databases.
