We are looking for an experienced and high-energy project manager to join the Co-brand Credit Card Team to support the delivery of a variety of high-profile initiatives. This is a fast-growing and exciting area for Expedia Group and as Project Manager, you’ll get the chance to create an instant impact, delivering tangible improvements to our customer experience!

Working across the company, as well as externally with our bank and network partners, you will drive a diverse range of projects. From marketing promotions to new feature development, you’ll deploy your skills to successfully project manage a range of initiatives. You’ll also work to ensure that the program is set up for delivery excellence by developing and owning internal processes and governance structures.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the driving force behind the end-to-end delivery of key co-brand credit card projects
  • Build & maintain project plans and keep delivery on track
  • Work with partners from around the business to gather project scope and define delivery requirements
  • Define project stages and create the governance framework to ensure delivery objectives are met
  • Build and supervise operational processes, raising and driving to resolve issues as they arise
  • Implement and own governance processes to ensure roles, owners, statuses & accountability are clearly defined and adhered to
  • Be responsible for the program’s internal knowledge base, ensuring there is a comprehensive repository of key information and process documentation

Who you are:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a project management role, with a project management accreditation being desirable
  • The ability to handle multiple initiatives and priorities
  • Someone with exceptional attention to detail and who is highly organized
  • Good problem solver with a strong business sense and keen ability to prioritize
  • Dedicated, high-energy, creative, self-starter who has an excellent drive for getting results
  • Has a flair for building positive relationships with internal and external partners and is a natural communicator
  • Naturally curious; someone who isn’t afraid to ask questions in the quest to find the best possible solution
