Victoria’s Secret Beauty is looking for an Associate Project Planner, New Product Development to join the team! This individual contributor position is responsible for supporting the end to end activities for the commercialization of new products for Victoria’s Secret and PINK Beauty through status reporting, coordinating operations of projects, as well as ensuring accurate and timely deliverables. Supports Project Managers/Planners with weekly Commercialization meetings, communication with cross-functional partners, and coordinates new project set up in the system with partners. Ideal candidate is motivated by working with a team in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project Data Management

  • New project creation in system utilizing external resources to complete this work
  • Responsible for communicating/ supporting article set up in system
  • Responsible for communicating/ supporting commercialization data maintenance and management
  • Provide proactive/action-oriented reports, meetings recaps and meeting notes including agendas, owners, issues, action steps, due dates
  • Support multiple Project Managers / Project Planners
  • Support Weekly Commercialization meetings
  • Support Creation of new reports/methods and utilize reports to drive speed and accuracy in the business.
  • 48 hour turn around for project set up and communication
  • Timely meeting recaps within 24 hours

Commercialization Processes

  • Supports end-to-end Commercialization process including Formula and BOM Routing Process
  • Clear and timely communication with cross functional partners, Project Managers and Projects Planners
  • Maintains meeting distribution lists to support timely cross functional communication
  • Support on-time and on-cost performance through accurate set up of costing templates

Thought Partnership to Project Managers / Planners

  • Identify, analyze and resolve issues with missing information/inaccurate information in our systems
  • When issues arise, provide alternatives to Project Managers and Project Planners
  • Resolves issues with cross-functional team
  • Ability to execute recommendations from Project Managers and Project Planners (i.e. apply attributes from one project to other projects)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience
  • 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the Retail or Consumer Product industry or in project management
  • Experience in personal care or beauty preferred
  • SAP/PLM understanding a plus
  • MS Office – proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly detail oriented and accurate
  • Flexible, agile, and can perform well in a fast-paced environment
