We are looking for a dynamic and structured Student Assistant to help our Pure Player Manager with supporting our online customers. You will work closely with the rest of the online and marketing team on our exciting and fast-growing brands, Clinique, Origins, Estée Lauder, Bobbi Brown, La Mer, Tom Ford, Jo Malone London, Smashbox and Glam Glow.

Your primary tasks will be:

  • Coordinate with the Pure Player Manager, Retail.com Manager, Customers, Consumer Marketing on daily operations
  • Coordinate trade marketing activities for our Pure Players with relevant assets such as, imagery, text and content creation
  • Send updated links of assets to all customers on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Update trade marketing plans with relevant info
  • Collect and ensure data and marketing reports from Pure Players on a weekly basis, supporting both Pure Player manager and Retail.com Manager
  • Collect and ensure proof of campaign assets in support of weekly and monthly campaign evaluation reports
  • Update and build presentations for campaign evaluation, trade meetings, half year meetings and projects on a weekly and monthly basis using power point, excel and other relevant tools
  • Help support with content creation for customers when needed

Qualifications

Key Requirements

  • You are currently pursuing a higher education from a university.
  • You are proactive and can work independently
  • You know how to follow-up and follow-through
  • Effective, structured and hands-on approach
  • You have great communication skills and enjoy building strong relationships to various stakeholders – both external and internal
  • You have a creative mindset and will seek to find a solution in a quick paced environment
  • You follow trends in Social Media and is aware of the current digital landscape and how consumers act today
  • Content creation and editing skills using relevant tools (Adobe photoshop, indesign etc) is an advantage
  • Knowledge to Microsoft Office is an advantage (excel, ppt, outlook)
  • You speak and write English fluently as well as at least one of the Nordic languages

Personally, you are curious about the beauty industry, enjoy working with various forms of data. Your way of working is proactive, and you are analytically curious as well as creatively driven with an eye for prestige and premium content. You are a team player at heart, service minded and have a hands-on approach with attention to details.

We work closely together as a team; however, we also expect you to work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks. NB: You will be based at the ELC Stockholm office in Vasagatan 28, Stockholm, where we are around 10 employees.
