Responsibility:

The purpose of the role is to support business growth and enhance patient access to Lilly medicine, this role will handle external communication and policy shaping to build positive healthcare environment.

As a Communication & Policy Manager with Lilly, your responsibilities may include but not limited to;

Corporate Branding & Reputation Building

  • Enhance Lilly corporate reputation and image by demonstrating our contributions to patients and building engagement platform with external stakeholders.
  • Organize CSR events by leveraging company pipelines development and Lilly’s core values to build trust and partnership with external stakeholders.
  • Handle crisis management in public and media domain to restore or mitigate impacts to corporate reputation by collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute brand communication plan including internal launch and external media exposure for both new and in-line products according to marketing strategies to support business objectives.

Policy shaping & advocacy

  • Drive NHI/HC policy directions by partnering with external stakeholders including governments, patient groups, NGOs, HCPs, academics, trade/industry associations, media, etc. in accordance with compliance standards.
  • Work with market access, NPP and KAM for policy shaping plan and execution to build healthy ecosystem and support business growth.
  • Liaise with international trade/industry organizations to increase Lilly share of voice and execute advocacy plan to align with business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree with at least 2 years of pharmaceutical industry or media/PR experiences
  • Experiences of digital media engagement is plus
  • English spoken and written proficiency
  • Profound NHI and healthcare policy knowledge and understand public policy decision-making process and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Innovative thinking and media relations management
