IBM Internship - Cognos ICM Consultant

Your Role and Responsibilities
The Cognos ICM intern will be part of a multinational team and will learn how to:
- Develop SQL queries, calculations and reports using Cognos ICM (Incentive Compensation Management) tool;
- keep a close relationship with the client in order to clarify details for new developments
- Provide development estimates and technical documentation
- Creation of test cases for the new developments
The IBM internship is set on a full time schedule and on determined contract of 3 months. The possibility of continuity after the internship period is highly possible.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
For the Cognos ICM internship, we are looking for:

• student in final year or fresh graduate of Computer Science or any related faculties (Politechnica, Cybernetics, Mathematics, Informatics etc )
• SQL knowledge is mandatory;
• analytical mindset, organized and passionate about reporting
• time management and details oriented
• strong communication skills
• English: advanced;

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
-Working in Agile Methodology ( Daily stand-up, sprint of 2 weeks)
-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
