Reddit’s OrangeRed Brand Creative team exists to strengthen external & internal perception of our brand, and ensure its consistent application across platforms and products. Some of the key areas this team focuses on are: brand guidelines, consumer, product & business marketing, events, partnerships, and workplace projects. Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Brand Creative team to manage projects in a variety of mediums, including digital/web, video, and print for both external marketing, product design, and internal collateral.
- Work with internal cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Communications & Product to help creatively support their initiatives, assess creative briefs, create project timelines, and ensure the Brand Creative team has the information they need to be able to execute against the project plans.
- Manage project management tool (JIRA) creative request tickets and communication with stakeholders and relevant Brand Creative team members.
- Coordinate stakeholder feedback and involvement at every point of a creative project from establishing requirements to final delivery and approval, which includes assessing when anything might need to be routed to other teams (like legal) for additional sign off.
- Create project timelines, while assessing team schedules and resource bandwidth.
- Provide 3rd party vendors and clients with brand creative guidelines and assets to ensure their work is consistent with Reddit’s brand creative.
- Where needed, coordinate with Marketing and the UX Research team to conduct primary research (surveys, interviews, usability testing).
What We Can Expect From You:
- 2+ years of experience as a producer working on projects for digital/web, video, print, and/or events.
- Experience working with industry standard project management tools such as JIRA, preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Results oriented with a history of delivering projects on time and on budget.
- Resourceful and is always seeking ways to drive efficiency and productivity.
- A track record for working in a team-based, fast-paced environment.
- The ability to multitask, handle changing priorities, while continuing to drive projects forward with the team.
- Humble, driven, and motivated to deliver quality work.
Bonus Points:
- BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field.
- Creative industry experience
- A deep understanding of, and experience with branding and brand strategy for B2B and consumer facing products.
