Role

The primary role of the Global Accreditation Administrator is to support all the Accreditation learning path completions to ensure proper requirements have been achieved by both Partners and Splunkers.

The secondary role is to provide LMS support and lead admin support for partner LMS.

Splunk is looking for an individual to join its Global Field Enablement (GFE) Systems & Tools team to boost Spunk’s fast-growing business. The GFE Systems and Tools team works to implement and manage systems and tools that improve the productivity, scale, and experience of our field teams specifically and Splunkers overall. You're operationally and customer service focused, a calm and dependable problem-solver,

You will play a meaningful role in how we “bring data to everything” with your expertise and passion to help address the administrative needs of the GFE Systems & Tools needs at Splunk. Your knowledge of key enablement systems and your can-do, collaborative attitude will ensure that internal splunkers and partners have seamless access to their tools and that issues, questions, and/or enhancements are quickly addressed.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve accreditation cases raised by Splunkers and Partners
  • Administer accreditation details, validate accreditation pre-requisites
  • Point of contact for accreditations and provide feedbacks to stakeholders like Partners, GFE Accreditations team and technical accreditation team for any anomalies in accreditation path
  • Provide system support during accreditation qtrly refresh and leads system changes related to it
  • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional key stakeholders, including the Partners, GFE Accreditation and Technical Accreditation Teams
  • Manage all Accreditation learning path completions to ensure proper requirements have been achieved by both Partners and Splunkers
  • Participate in Quarterly accreditation refreshes to implement Accreditation Path changes & updates for both Partner-facing and internal Accreditation paths
  • Work closely with Partner+ Team partners to ensure Accreditation paths settings are accurately configured and make any necessary changes
  • Meet regularly with Accreditation Program Stakeholders to continually provide the best possible learner experience:
  • Assist in the development / implementation of program improvement initiatives and/or action plans
  • Identify & recommend Accreditation process improvements & policy upgrades & development of Accreditation Program expansion projects
  • Regularly perform UAT for to ensure the highest content quality and best possible user experience after each Quarterly Accreditation Refresh; new accreditation path releases; and Partner changes related to their LMS account
  • Regularly build reports for Partner-focused communications
  • Build & maintain Accreditation Support training documents
  • Maintain Accreditation Program ‘Partner’ FAQs to reflect changes and ensure accuracy
  • Handles day-to-day Accreditation Operations/Support duties:
  • Accreditation Case Queue Management for Partners and Splunkers (daily)
  • Accreditation Pre-Req Validations for Partners and Splunkers (daily)
  • Accreditation Remediation Reports, to process newly earned accreditations by Partners and Splunkers (daily)
  • Engage other departments, such as Partner+, when their input or assistance is required

Requirements:

  • This role is for doers; be able to get into the details and get the job done while at the same time being able to see the forest for the trees
  • 5 to 7 years of related experience in Enablement, Systems & Tools, or System Administration
  • Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of communicating complex information in an easy to understand format. Able to interact comfortably with the cross functional leadership
  • Ability to think creatively; highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
  • Strong collaboration skills; able to work well with others in a fast-paced and growing business
  • Excel, PowerPoint, Word, GoogleSheets, Salesforce.com, Workday, Anaplan, experience a plus
  • Experience with, or desire to learn, MindTickle, AEM, WalkMe, Seismic, and/ or HighSpot
  • Experience working within complex projects involving multiple teams
