Job Description

As a Customer Engagement Representative, you will use your exceptional customer support and relationship skills to build and capture the loyalty of our customers who are currently using one-or-more of our product suite(s). You will be curious, execute the ability to build relationships, and have educational or informative conversations to promote the product/service that works best for them. This will be completed by identifying needs through discovery and a consultative approach leading to product or service recommendations.You will join a team of 10 representatives who interact with existing Bluehost customers.

What You’ll Do

• Field inbound calls and identify areas to help our customers online presence
• We take time to consult and understand our customer's goals and challenges, recommend and enable the right online product and service strategies to help customers with their business or personal needs and overall enhance their marketing strategies
• Create a positive customer experience by resolving billing discrepancies, account complaints, troubleshooting technical issues and answering their questions
• Meet metrics that could include but are not limited to customer satisfaction and daily sales targets
• Demonstrate extraordinary interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive, multi-task, and prioritize in a high-volume, dynamic environment
• Apply solid sales skills to understand customer’s needs and close all sales with integrity
