We're looking for a Business Consultant for our financial services area, with more than 6 years of experience in the financial sector, skills and capabilities in financial middle and backoffice operations, with a strong interest in the areas of analysis and optimization of business processes. Will be integrate into a project team that is leading different waves of the digital transformation in one of the largest Portuguese financial institutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Integrated in a dynamic team, with a strong and fast growth potential, its functions within the team will be business analysis, suggesting optimizations, automation features over business and working processes, helping to accomplish the digital transformation journey.
Also, based on CGI methodologies and practices, inside the team will lead the evaluation business processes optimization plan with its business cases, pipeline, developing prioritizations and presentations to the client.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Strong communication skills to promote business process analysis and analysis work sessions and meetings will be preferential;
- Knowledge or experience in handling business processes. Knowledge and experience with methodologies such as Lean and Kaizen will be valued;
- Knowledge and experience in projects with an Agile approach will be also valued;
- Participation in projects with an Agile approach using a Scrum framework organization will be also considered.
- Knowledge in business automation tools preferably Uipath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere or Kapow, also will be valued. Others will also be considered;
- Knowledge in some Business Intelligence tools as SAS BI, Microstrategy, Microsoft BI suite, Qlik View will be valued. Others will also be considered.
Any technical experience and / or certification in the following tool such as Phyton, VB, .Net; C #, and SQL will also be valued.
