What You’ll Do
- Lead the Data Office work streams feeding into the Bureau transformation programme,
- Work with the Chief Data Office (CDO) Management team to develop documented requirements and standards to feed into the project; these cover Data Acquisition, Loading & Management, Governance & Usage
- Provide Data asset/process subject matter expertise as needed to support the transformation programme
- Review technical specifications to ensure they match CDO requirements
- Oversee the creation/execution of test plans for the Data Office to ensure requirements are delivered as specified
- Work across the business to ensure we have designed effective end to end data journeys/processes and an organisation model to support this
- Be the central point of contact within the CDO team for the transformation programme
- Manage a team of CDO business analysts to support delivery of the above responsibilities
Qualifications
- Subject matter expertise across a large number of CRA data assets and processes
- Can navigate technical landscapes translating technical requirements into business language
- Understands the value data brings to an organisation
- Proven background in delivery of large complex projects and successful management of end to end processes
