Salesforce Analyst - Contingent The Sales Business Analyst will support our Sales Strategy and Operations Team, along with the various business partners within ICE MT. The right candidate will be responsible for learning the details of each operational teams and drive forward initiatives that will help us accelerate sales revenue and efficiency. This person should have a strong desire to identify problems and use data to find actionable solution, able to participate, manage, and collaborate in cross-functional team projects, and a self-starter with minimal supervision. · 1-3 years experience in a high-tech (preferable software) company highly desirable, with emphasis on fluent understanding of Salesforce, Sales Process, Forecasting, Reporting, etc. · Provide day-to-day support for our Sales and Operations Teams · Utilize Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, Excel, Tableau, and other tools to perform extensive data analysis · Diagnose and solve technical problems in collaboration with SFDC-IT Team, Finance, Legal and IT functional teams · Experience with Salesforce CPQ preferred, but not required · Effective communicator who can speak with both technical and non-technical audiences Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple projects #LI-AM1 Ellie Mae is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
