Job Description
Overview
Talent for this position will be the leader of Tiffany China Wechat store project and ongoing management. By partnering with global counterparts, internal cross-function teams and external business partners, the person should have strong ownership to operate WeChat store with solid knowledge and expertise in operation management as well as deep understanding of WeChat ecosystem and data-informed media performance.
Responsibilities
Operation management:
- Lead Wechat store launch operation planning, with partnership with global counterpart and external vendor.
- Define wechat store operation process and execution plan including content planning, site merchandising, order management, system performance monitoring, technical incident escalation, etc.
- Define and monitor vendor service levels to ensure the optimal user experience and operation excellence.
Store Traffic and Conversion Management
- Wechat store traffic planning and optimization with data driven approach
- Liaison with digital team and creative team to optimize accurate traffic landing and input on content creation to maximize conversion.
Clienteling Initiative Development
- Support on wechat clienteling project to enable 1 on 1 communication and drive traffic to wechat store.
- Clienteling data and consumer insight analysis, with collaboration with retail teams.
Analysis & Reporting
- Build up daily/weekly/monthly reporting to closely monitor store performance to ensure sales target achievement.
- Analysis on store traffic, conversion funnel, customer data etc to identify growth opportunities as well as enhance overall user experience.
Workflow
- Be the liaison between internal teams and external operation partners
- Close partnership with global counterpart to ensure wechat store successful launch.
- Collaborate with China local teams, including logistic, finance and IT to guarantee operation meet Tiffany ecosystem expansion requirement.
Leadership
- Strong ownership to lead eCom wechat store operation and planning
- Influence global counterpart and local cross-functional teams through effective communication
- Manage 3rd party vendors to ensure operation excellence and secure business targets
Qualifications
- University graduate or plus
- 5+ years experiences in E-commerce & solid experience in managing WeChat social-commerce with leading brands
- Solid knowledge of eCom operation, traffic management, consumer engagement, preferably with experience in wechat innovative campaign.
- Expert in data management eg. DMP / CDP experience
- 3rd party vendor management experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong data analysis and planning skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
