About the Team

The People Programs Team develops and delivers critical programs across the employee lifecycle (e.g. Onboarding, Performance Management, Employee Voice Survey, Offboarding, & Workforce Planning) to help make DoorDash a place where every employee does the very best work of their careers.

About the Role

We’re hiring a People Program Manager, Performance Management, who will help develop and deliver a world-class Performance Management experience for all employees at DoorDash.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, you have a track record of extraordinary attention to detail, demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with multiple audience types, and an appetite for building processes. You are customer-centric and service-oriented, and you look to develop strong relationships with cross-functional partners.

You’re Excited About the Opportunity Because You Will....

  • Manage and deliver a comprehensive and impactful Performance Management experience globally and across multiple employee segments
  • Scale the program through process improvements, tooling, and automation
  • Utilize Agile methodologies to keep the customer journey and customer needs at the forefront of program design and delivery
  • Contribute to content development of the feedback training curriculum
  • Optimize the Mid-Year and Annual Performance Cycle processes for efficiency and quality
  • Partner with business leaders to address org-specific performance management needs
  • Implement feedback surveys to continuously improve the program
  • Partner with teams across HR Business Partners, HR Tech, Total Rewards, People Ops, and People Growth (L&D) to deliver a seamless employee experience

About You

  • 3-4+ years of experience in program or project management roles, preferably at high-growth consumer or enterprise technology companies
  • Exceptional project management skills, the ability to track and manage complex processes, and a desire to lead multiple teams and multiple projects. Experience in managing technical projects is a plus.
  • Experience using collaborative task and project management tools (e.g. Agile, Trello, Asana, JIRA, SmartSheet) to drive project execution
  • A demonstrated track record of successful cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and relationship building
  • Familiarity with HRIS (Workday) a plus
  • You’re highly organized and care about the details
  • You’re a clear written and oral communicator who targets varied audiences effectively
  • You’re growth-minded and eager to expand your skill set, including in more technical areas
  • You understand both the big picture and the details
  • You display adaptability, resiliency, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity
