General Statement:

To provide professional services in all aspects of human resources while focusing on talent management and employee engagement to maintain company’s competitiveness through attracting, retaining and motivating employees in the organization; promote a performance-driven culture throughout the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business, participate in the development of HR strategies and plans; roadmap for organization development, employees career development, and performance management to support business priorities;
  • Be responsible for local HR policy, process and procedures development and continuously improvement under the framework of Corporate and Collins global HR strategies and governance policies;
  • Work with the team, be responsible for HR lifecycle management including but not limited to on boarding program, employee inquiries and ER case handling, exiting etc.;
  • Support HR transformation strategy and execution in China;
  • Under the umbrella of global Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) and CSR strategies, organize high-impact DE&I, ERG and employee engagement activities;
  • Manage HR vendors in the responsible areas;
  • Liaison with Collins HR team in China for internal benchmarking and best practice sharing;
  • Implement and enforce compliance of RTX ethics and business code, and comply with the Chinese Labor Law and Human Resources regulations.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor or above degree;
  • 5+ years in various HR disciplines; solid experience in talent management with business acumen is preferred;
  • Highly ethical, motivated, pleasant personality and strong interpersonal and influencing skills; being a team player.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office; Excellent PPT skill is a good plus;
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in English;
  • Knowledge of ACE or Six Sigma is a plus.
