Job Description

  1. Monitor the cosmetic related regulation update.
  2. Keep good relationship with affiliate RA team and monitor the imported cosmetic health permit registration status closely, including new registration, renewal, re-registration, modification, cancellation etc.
  3. Ensure all assortments is regulatory compliant, including advertisement, light box etc.
  4. Maintain and update TR tracking sheet and share with brand team and customers timely.
  5. Coordinate the Travel Retail Hainan assortment with travel retail regional team, including check HP status, Lachen inventory checking.
  6. Design labels in terms of Hainan special requirement to support TR launching in Hainan off-shore duty free store according to Hainan assortment.;
    1. Redesign labels for the products which China Affiliate already have label
    2. Create labels for the products r which Travel Retail carries a different size
    3. Create labels for Travel Retail exclusive sets which components already have a HP for single products
  7. Release label layout to customers and Lachen Distribution Centre with tracking and requirement master files after confirmation.
  8. Management the Lachen existing label status, extend or inactive the labels if necessary.
  9. Check the issue items listed in readiness reports for each shipment to ensure block and cancel the items without valid HP.
  10. Maintain and extend different database, upload master files in sharepoint timely.
  11. Manage customer inventory in case of HP expiration, cancellation and modification etc.
  12. Prepare necessary documentations for imported cosmetic custom clearance and monitor the whole process to support brand team, and work closely with affiliate importation team.
  13. As a primary contact person to help customers to solve related regulatory matters and alert potential risk.
  14. Document Travel Retail internal work procedures.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills, proficient in English & Mandarin.

Fast learner, self-motivated & attention to details. Team work person with anti-pressure ability

PC literate & good working knowledge in computer applications software.

Experience in customs import, & HP registration related regulations preferred.
