About THE ROLE
You will be part of Omnichannel Operations Team that serve the entire organization, including Retail and Wholesale businesses. The Omnichannel Project Manager is responsible to deliver and implementing all the Omnichannel Services which are part of the Digital Transformation roadmap of PVH Europe. You will also be responsible to deliver Store of the Future products in our network, be the connection with different peers like E-commerce, Operations, Technology, HR, Finance and Marketing Team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act as Single Point of Contact with Amsterdam Omni Team, leading projects with cross functional approach
· Establish and cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and work closely with stores and retail Department to lead the Digital Transformation process in country
· Responsible for defining, developing and implementing the Omni channel customer experience based on new technologies and customer insights
· Responsible for developing, piloting and implementing profitable Omnichannel projects in a structured way, including reporting to senior management
· Responsible for measuring performance and success of digital products to provide reporting on main KPIs and to ensure that the operations process satisfies requirements
· Responsible for setting own project priorities based on business cases and practical situation
· Provide input for the prioritization of digital products and services for the country and the evolution of the existing products
About YOU
· 5 years of experience in project management, using and mixing most common frameworks
· 2 years of experience in Digital Innovation, Omnichannel or Store Operations;
· Good knowledge of KPI & Metrics;
· Problem-solving, communication, negotiation and analytical skills;
· Change management skills, driving innovation;
· Common knowledge of supporting platform (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Asana, etc);
· Passionate about digital technology and innovative tool adoption;
· Fluent in English.
