Agency Manager, Greater China

Criteo is seeking an experienced Agency Manager for Greater China, reporting to the Commercial Director of Greater China region. This person will be accountable for creating infrastructure for working with agencies, expanding agency partnerships with Criteo, managing agency relationships, and building an agency engagement program. You will bring your indirect sales channel experience to Criteo to build and deliver the agency sales strategy for Greater China region in Criteo. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions. He/she will focus on strategic alliances, education, and ideation directly with the agencies. The successful individual will have strong background in digital marketing space of the China Export business and deep knowledge of the digital advertising agency landscape in China, Taiwan and Hong Kong. This role will be based in Beijing, with regular travel around the Greater China region.

What You'll Do

• Put in place the agency strategy in Greater China to deliver sustainable revenue growth.
• Develop strong partnership with agencies at top management and executive levels.
• Contribute directly to the revenue objectives through your network.
• Partner with a broad range of internal teams (Marketing, Legal, Account management, Technical Solutions, Creatives and Product) to support the sales efforts.
• Identify and understand trends within industries to help generate further new business.
• Ability to define and communicate a strategy aligned with business goals.
• Help deep penetration in key and new clients across multiple industries with agencies
• Roll out agency certification and engagement programs
• Develop and renew annual agency terms
• Grow new product adoption and scale Criteo marketing solution with agencies

Who You Are

• 3+ years of prior successful experience in developing and managing advertising agencies in Greater China region or experience working in an advertising agency.
• Fundamental understanding of online advertising and technology ecosystem of China.
• Experience selling digital and programmatic display advertising product.
• Strong client facing experience.
• Strong track record of driving new business, capable of opening doors across clients at all levels.
• Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade in a complex and moving environment.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial in nature and comfortable in ambiguous situations.
• Organizational and analytical skills.
• High Level of collaboration with peers
• Native in Chinese (Mandarin) and fluent in English
