Location: Dublin

Marin Software is seeking a hands on individual who will help and support senior team members in our Dublin office. The successful candidate will show enthusiasm about the industry, likes being continually challenged, can demonstrate sound judgment and attention to detail. This position will report to the Global Billing Operations Manager and will work closely with other internal departments within the company. The position is located in Marin’s Dublin office, although will be remote initially.

Responsibilities

• Process contracts end-to end and maintain customers’ records in Salesforce.com
• Create and maintain multi-structured and complex billing rate tables
• Create, maintain and update customer data within our ERP system- NetSuite
• Assist with customer invoice dispute resolution and take appropriate corrective actions
• Address and handle non-standard, complex billing requirements
• Support the team during monthly, quarterly and year-end close activities
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Take ownership of process documentation and updates
• Participate in any ad hoc special projects

Requirements

• Some previous billing experience
• Experience working with contracts
• Excellent oral/written communication and analytical skills
• Experience using CRM and ERP systems, preferably NetSuite and Salesforce.com
• Must have a mindset of doing what is needed to get tasks completed. Candidate will also be expected to demonstrate that they are willing to take ownership of tasks or issues and see them to completion independently
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle multiple and changing priorities in a fast paced environment, this may require ad hoc additional hours as required and candidates should be prepared to work (on occasion) additional hours at short notice.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel (creating complex spreadsheets, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
