Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing professional to join our rapidly growing E-Commerce Team. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the digital marketing of our websites, with a strong focus on Customer Acquisition and Customer Lifecycle Management.
Advertising
Online media planning
Paid Social campaign management and strategy
Management of Affiliate programmes
Managing and planning effective PPC campaigns
Ensuring effective SEO and online visibility
Reporting on competitor activity
Liaising with external suppliers including; website creative agencies, integrated marketing agencies, online advertising agencies, media agencies, online publications.
Data,Reporting and Analysis
Conducting in depth customer data analysis and customer profiling
Implementing customer acquisition and retention strategies
Implementing effective data capture activities
Designing and implementing customer loyalty/reward mechanics
Utilising customer data to conduct targeted multi-channel campaigns
Using Google Analytics and platform data to report on performance of Digital Marketing activity
Promotions
Develop and drive marketing strategies including; maximising exposure through use of Social Media, PPC, Affiliate,SEO
Co-ordinating and implementing online sale promotions and customer offers
Co-ordinating brand promotions and offers
The Person:
At least two years’ experience in a Digital/E-Commerce Marketing role
Fashion Retail experience (preferable)
Experience using Google Analytics, Search Ads 360, and Facebook Ads Manager (preferable)
Managing and adhering the strict budgets and deadlines
Leadership skills
Experience of board level presentations
Works well under pressure
Experience of ‘branding’ and the importance of balancing commercial/brand
