Team

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Industry Product Marketing Manager who is craving to be part of a great company in a fast-growing industry. This individual will lead a team of industry product marketing managers to develop messaging and core content to position ServiceNow solidly in every industry/vertical we serve. This position will require both hands-on experience creating compelling value propositions, messaging, and stories that deliver against our product and solution innovation to new decision-makers and line of business leaders. Additionally, this person will have the opportunity to work across industries to deliver against our new product commitments.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Lead a marketing team of 5 - individual contributors, delivering core marketing content and stories in a fast pace environment.
  • Create unique and well researched content, aligned to the brand voice, relevant to the industry that can be used for social, campaigns, demand gen, landing pages and more
  • Interact with industry marketing leads for industry strategy, priorities, new product requirements (if applicable), and key requirements
  • Manage and execute against project plans and delivery commitments.
  • Drive industry marketing roadmap and work across organizational boundaries to successfully deliver projects.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the marketing team within an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Manage departmental resource, staffing, mentoring, and enhancing & maintaining a best-in-class development team with a focus on Innovation
  • Work closely with various groups to understand business requirements as well as architecture/design.

To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

  • 10 years of marketing experience in a global systems integrator or global tech company developing marketing collateral and or RFQ for industry customers
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely for external marketing,
  • Experience in copy editing; to proofread and edit copy to improve clarity and ensure content accessibility for target audiences
  • Ensure content is aligned to customer journeys, via industry, to the appropriate personas
  • Ability to solve complex problems, partnering with a wide range of audiences.
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional projects.
  • Knowledge of the ServiceNow platform is a big plus.
  • Able to hire top talent and build a productive team.
