Job Description

Be responsible of Airbag ECU hardware test,EMC and plant test

负责安全气囊控制器的硬件,EMC及生产测试

Be responsible of creation and update of test specification according to HW design requirement

根据硬件设计需求负责生成和更新硬件测试规范

Design HW test script and maintain script template on specific test equipment

在专有测试设备上编写硬件测试脚本及维护测试脚本模板

Perform test with test specification and evaluate the HW test report

根据硬件测试规范执行测试并评估测试报告

-Be responsible of creation and update of test specification according to HW design and customer requirement

-根据硬件设计及客户需求负责生成和更新EMC测试规范

-Coordinate EMC lab to perform test with test specification, on-site debug support in lab and evaluate EMC test report

-协调EMC实验室依照测试规范执行测试及现场调试并评估测试报告

Design plant test script and simulate production process on specific test equipment

在专有测试设备上编写生产测试脚本并模拟验证生产流程

Evaluate simulated test result and optimize test steps

评估模拟生产测试报告并进行测试步骤优化

Prepare relevant test stuff and Maintain test equipment

准备并维护测试相关的设备

Manage and coordinate the test plan

管理和协调测试计划

Be responsible of HW test failure case analysis and problem solving

负责硬件测试失效的分析及解决问题

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above in Electrical, Electronics,Computer Engineering

电子,电器,计算机相关专业,本科以上

Good programming skill, with experience of Python and Perl is preferred

有编程技能,会Python和Perl语言的优先

Experience of electric circuit design is preferred

有电子电路硬件设计经验的优先

-Be familiar with EMC test specification (e.g.:ISO11452, ISO7637, ISO10605, CISPR25, etc.)

-熟悉EMC测试规范 (例如: ISO11452, ISO7637, ISO10605, CISPR25等)

Strong motivated, conflict management, and systematic problem solving;

学习主动性强,有冲突管理及系统化问题解决能力

Good communication and English both in oral and written

良好的沟通能力,流利的英文听说和阅读

-Adapt to short-term travel and overtime.

-可以适应短期出差及加班
