You will play a key role during a very exciting time of growth at Eli Lilly: mapping out the future for the affiliate by planning, prioritizing and accelerating new product launches for Lilly Taiwan.

We expect you to possess proven record in the following capability areas and qualifications:

Overall Asset Leadership for a Therapeutic Area

  • Effective leadership of cross functional teams in early preparation for new product launches across relevant therapeutic areas
  • Assess market potential of new assets, prioritize launch sequence and recommend launch and PRA Strategy
  • Aligning with and/or influencing regional internal stakeholders to adopt proposed strategy
  • Effectively transitioning new products to PRA and Marketing commercial team.

PRA Management

  • Payer partnership program and value message development
  • Stakeholders engagement and communications
  • Dossier preparation and submission
  • Clinical HO data, budget impact and PE Model analysis
  • PRA (pricing, Reimbursement & Access) strategy development
  • Expertise in NHIA reimbursement policy

External Customer Management

  • Deep understanding of country pharmaceutical and economic environment, and HTA process
  • Participation in trade associations as appropriate (based on level of association)
  • Involvement in political landscape/ appropriate participation in policy initiatives
  • Identification and establishment of relationships with key decision makers for market access (reimbursement and pricing). Understanding of Global Brand Payer Strategies for prioritized products for respective business unit and incorporate into local strategy/ deliverables; providing local payer insights back into the product/Payer strategies through involvement in cross-functional brand teams and the brand planning process

Qualifications

  • B.S. degree in Medical related fields, Master degree in related field is a plus
  • Experience in reimbursement or marketing is a plus
  • Good knowledge of BNHI reimbursement policy and HTA
  • English level: Business proficiency
