Your Role and Responsibilities
The Ecosystem Marketing manager role is critical to drive marketing contribution for demand generation and business revenue. This role needs to work closely with ecosystem sales leaders, business partners and agencies to develop and execute Cloud & AI solutions join marketing plan, manage and prioritize funding expenditures to maximize ROI.
Build awareness and Partners' advocacy by promoting partners' solutions and successful wins
Collaborate with ecosystem sales, business partners and agencies to plan and execute joint marketing tactics to achieve BPOI and win revenue target.
Manage marketing budget and prioritize funding expenditures to maximize ROI.
Communicate with global team on ecosystem essentials and encourage Business Partners to adopt and equip digital marketing skills to expand the coverage and increase the business impacts
Enable partners to acquire new skills to deliver increasingly complex solutions to their client
Enable and coach Business Partners and agencies on IBM policies and process requirements to ensure integrity and compliance requirements.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Bachelor or above degree in Marketing, Business Management, Computer, E&E, Telecom, Math, Physics related
• 0-3 years Marketing or Sales or IT working experience
• Good communication skills of both in English and Chinese
• Fast learner with growth mindset
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Good communication skills in oral or written, Chinese and English.
