Senior Customer Service Representative

Here at Mars Wrigley (MW), we have a fabulous opportunity for a Senior Customer Service Representative to join our highly engaged team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, with the added flexibility of working in Melbourne or Wodonga! This role will suit someone who loves working in a fast-paced environment and can utilise their strong analytical skills and supply chain knowledge.

With support from your Manager, the Senior Customer Service Representative will play a pivotal role in providing leadership in projects whilst providing support to the team. This is a time critical role which will have competing deadlines so it would be great if you’re a morning person and able to start ticking things off by starting your day at 8am! What would be your key responsibilities?

• Maintaining systems and process conformance across logistics specific aspects of Order to Cash process, including timely follow up of Invoicing IDOC errors, management of delivery issues and return and refusal orders
• Building and maintaining good relationships with key customers by following up missing ASN or delivery related B2B system issues
• Continuously review current processes and feedback opportunities
• Partner closely with the Transport Manager to address any claim patterns for additional management

What are we looking for?

• Experience in SAP is essential
• Ability to understand and implement process improvement opportunities
• An aptitude to act with the customer and company in mind with an ability to build trusted customer relationships
• High level of problem solving with a strong leadership potential/capability to mentor others
