Job Description

• Assist in leading a growing service team preparing Product Sheets and Digital Product Sheets, in multiple languages for both asset managers and administrators.
• Motivate, review and organise the work of team members across regular service operations and projects.
• Provide expertise, training, documentation and daily support across regular service operations and projects.
• Ensure that all client deliverables are met to agreed service level agreements.
• Assist in leading a growing service team preparing Printed Product Sheets, Digital Product Sheets, Newsletters, Quarterly Investment Reports and other complex investment documents in multiple languages for both asset managers and administrators.
• At times work closely with other team to ensure client deliveries.
