Job Description

As a Solutions Architect, you bring years of experience implementing and solutioning ServiceTitan for strategic clients. You are able to speak confidently as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to customers and ServiceTitan employees alike about all features and functionality in the product. You are experienced with enabling the sales, onboarding, and success organizations in development of creative solutions. You understand best practices and are eager to document and disseminate your expertise to customers and team members alike.

As a Solutions Architect, you will:

  • Serve as the go-to-person for solving the most challenging problems involving ServiceTitan and our customers
  • Solve immediate problems while identifying the root cause and recommending corrective actions
  • Provide consulting, development, data, and integration support to customers in Success and Onboarding as well as the CSMs and PMs for those related accounts.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to automate or streamline processes in Success and Onboarding as well as cross-functionally with other departments, such as Sales and Product
  • Transfer knowledge across the organization, including to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Training teams.
  • Develop training materials, guides, industry white-papers, attend conferences
  • Stay up to date all new, and in development, ServiceTitan functionality, and be prepared to speak to how to use it creatively to develop solutions
  • Execute complex project tasks requiring specific technical expertise
  • Serve as a Project Manager for Strategic Accounts as needed
  • Travel onsite to provide on-going coaching, consulting, and training sessions for customers on product and industry best practices
  • Assist with developing Statement of Work documents and other scope related documentation in the Sales process

To be a successful Solutions Architect, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceTitan
  • Superb team player always looking to help and enable others in the organization
  • Ability to answer 99.9% of customer questions related to ServiceTitan as a product and the customer lifecycle without reference
  • Work independently and strategically to identify the best opportunities to improve the organization with your expertise
  • Direct experience working in the trades or similar knowledge
  • Ability to answer any technical questions about client instance and an ability to quickly solution and share best practices without need for significant reference information
  • Formulate concise questions, that quickly allow you to gather critical information and provide solutions far more quickly than other implementation team members
  • Intermediate Excel and SQL Skills
  • Development skills sufficient to configure and speak to all out-of-the-box and customer developed ServiceTitan integrations
