Your Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking a Business Analyst who is passionate about communicating and owning thorough analysis that helps to define software business solutions our customers love.
Responsibilities
• Interview end users to understand their role and document personas.
• Provide design and development teams with end user requirements (via user stories, scenarios, screen prototyping and other requirement specification templates as necessary) – attention to detail a must.
• Contribute to design workshops and present business solution playbacks to project stakeholders.
• Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to shape requirements and help articulate requirements between various departments into actionable requirement artefacts.
• Contribute to design thinking workshops by expressing ideas that always focus on the end user.
• Liaise with customers, team members and other Cúram departments to ensure a quality product deliverable.
• Advise approaches to satisfying a business requirement that focus on the target user experience.
• Contribute to release deliverable artefacts such as sales enablement and training materials.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
BSc, BA, MSc MA degree and experience in a business analyst role or similar.
• Experience in defining business requirement for implementing large enterprise –wide software applications in a Client / Server environment.
• Practical knowledge of design thinking techniques and agile methodologies desirable
• Strong written and presentation communication skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Solid problem resolution and decision making.
• Proven ability in the area of written communication and presentation delivery.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
