About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our global Talent Acquisition team! Do you have the in-depth sourcing, networking and recruiting knowledge to help build awesome teams? If so, then this may be the right role for you! You will work on global roles with a focus on finance, accounting and HR (will recruit for other corporate functions as needed). You will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to StockX. You will partner with Hiring Leaders to develop, communicate and execute on a recruiting plan unique to each position. If you possess the unique ability to identify top-level talent through a variety of sourcing/recruiting techniques, we should talk.

What you'll do:

• Attract top talent via creative sourcing, networking, and any other innovative approaches that you find successful
• Recruit for Finance, Accounting, HR, and other corporate functions.
• Manage full lifecycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
• Partner with business functions to advise on recruiting strategy
• Manage multiple requisitions concurrently while ensuring a high level of service and an enjoyable hiring team experience

About you

• Minimum of 7 years recruiting experience
• High School diploma/GED
• Proven ability in creating sourcing strategies, talent mapping and pipelining talent
• Proven experience recruiting for senior level Finance and Accounting roles
• International Recruiting experience a plus
• Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity: You are comfortable with ever-changing requirements and can react quickly and nimbly to new information
• An avid listener and possess strong assessment skills: You can listen to both verbal and nonverbal cues to correctly assess talent
