Primary responsibilities
- Monitor the Simplifile Account Manager queue to take immediate action for loans with settlement companies and notaries in a status of missing information, not matched, or pending.
- Match lender provided information to existing Simplifile organizations, add or update aliases, and invite a new settlement companies and their users. Insures the Settlement Company has access to the closing package when the Lender delivers it to Simplifile.
- Assist in onboarding new settlement agents, notaries, and other third-party users.
- Become a Simplifile Collaboration and Post Closing subject matter expert who understands collaboration for all user roles. Focus is primarily on supporting Simplifile eClosing.
- Provide demos or training on the product as needed but not a requirement to start.
- Provide back-up support for all other CAPC Account Manager duties during absences.
- Support West Coast time zone
Secondary responsibilities
- Test releases as deployed to validate needs of the “receivers of orders” are addressed.
- Gather, document and submit product enhancement for the “Receivers of orders” to Implementation Manager and Dir. Lender Exp.
- Maintain Confluence.
- Assist on projects as needed by the CAPC implementation team.
Preferred Experience
- 1-2 years of title/escrow or mortgage related experience
