THE RIVIAN SERVICE ORGANIZATION The Rivian Service Operations Team is a dynamic group that ensures every Rivian driver receives premium service anytime vehicle maintenance or repair needs arise. We provide premium, seamless, and convenient solutions via our network of Rivian owned service centers, mobile service vehicles, and network of service parts. The Service Operations Team at Rivian encompasses critical components of vehicle service such as service engineering, collision repair, service parts, programs & operations, technical support, field teams, and remanufacturing. THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO: Responsible for helping in developing and implementing Rivian’s Certified Collision Network. This role will require high levels of energy and initiative, independent judgement, and cross-team collaboration. Must be able to complete projects in a compressed timeline. · Support the design and execution of Rivian’s Global Collision Repair Program · Investigate and research the passenger vehicle collision industry to understand the needs of all stakeholders · Ensure that programs and processes are developed, assessed, communicated, and administered in compliance with Rivian’s objectives. · Assist with the operations of the Collision Repair Tooling Program · Interact with the entire Service Engineering & Operations Organizations · Create reports to show progress and growth of program · Engage with 3 rd Party Collision Centers in the recruitment and onboarding for the Collision Repair Program THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED: · 3 + years experience in a corporate office setting · Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet project deadlines · Ability to work independently, accurately, and effectively in performing task or duties as assigned to completion · Good project management skills and ability to work within guidelines · Develop and create linear process flow charts · Professional demeanor, strong communication, writing and presentation skills · High proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook · Able to work efficiently under high amount of work/stress. · Willingness to work in a strong cross functional environment · Ability to manage multiple projects across varying geographic locations simultaneously · Appropriate interpersonal styles and communication methods to work effectively with internal and external partners. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience · Automotive collision repair process knowledge preferred THIS IS WHERE YOU WILL WORK: Department: Service Operations Location: Irvine, CA RIVIAN DESCRIPTION: Rivian is on a mission to keep the world adventurous forever.
