Bosch VHIT S.p.a. ,located in Offanengo (CR - Italy), operates in the business of vacuum and oil pumps for automotive, besides master cylinders and hydro-boosters for Off-highway: for such kind of products VHIT is worldwide center of competences and lead plant within Bosch.

In Offanengo Plant there are about 500 employees.

Job Description

To enforce the technical project research & development team we are looking for a System Architect - Automotive Electric Division .

The ideal candidate is a Electric, Electronical Engineer or equivalent, with at least 3-5 years of experience in application engineering, development and system architecture. He is able to work in interdisciplinary teams within an international working environment, preferably in the automotive market.
The System Architecture will be involved in projects related to innovative solutions for automotive market ( electric oil pumps ), having a central role for project management and product development cycle.

Help shaping the future : You'll be in charge of system architecture design trough identification of system elements and their interaction basing on input (system requisitions) following A-SPICE methodology

Take on responsibility : You are responsible of granting b-idirectional tracking through link towards each system requisition.

Experience cooperation : You will guarantee baseline preparation for system architecture and sharing it with all other internal department (owner for processes SYS.4 and SWE.1

Reliable implementation : You will assure coordination of review process for system architecture.

Qualifications

Education: Master Degree in Electric, Electronic Engineering or similar academic background;

Experience and Know How: Proven experience in automotive project management; Experience in large organizations and complex project environments. Knowledge of A-SPICE or V-SPICE.

Technical knowledge: Deep knowledge of powertrain components; Good understanding of power electronic; Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project);

Personality: goal-orientation and self-driven with entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication and team working skills, proactivity and leadership;

Language skills: Fluent English, German is a plus;

Interests : Desire to take challenges and to contribute to the path of a growing company.
