Global Outsourcing Program Manager

Facebook is currently searching for an experienced professional to join our Global Outsourcing team as Category Manager with a core focus on sales and customer service outsourcing. Ideal candidates will have vendor management and project management experience in an outsourced environment, with excellent procurement and communication skills. This is a unique opportunity to work with a wide variety of internal teams and impact the company’s growth by providing outsourcing solutions. As part of Facebook’s Source to Pay organization within Finance, Global Outsourcing is responsible for end-to-end sourcing, market and spend analysis, contract negotiations, professional services and purchases. The sales and customer service Category Manager will work closely with business teams across Facebook and its affiliates to develop and execute sourcing, contracting and purchasing strategies to drive business objectives. This position will be located in the Singapore office, while supporting global projects, and may require traveling internationally. Global Outsourcing Program Manager Responsibilities

• Develop strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across Facebook to strategically develop, implement and optimize outsourcing/sourcing and vendor management solutions.
• Act as a strategic thought partner for a continuously evolving billion-dollar business. Work effectively with Facebook business teams as the primary Source to Pay business partner and category expert, addressing supply chain and supply market opportunities.
• Actively identify, track and manage issues and risks for the projects.
• Prepare and manage sourcing documents, contracts, statements of work and related procurement documents. Drive legal, financial and technological aspects of outsourced programs.
• Ensure program success through strong performance management and governance methodologies, in collaboration with the business.
• Manage complex outsourcing/sourcing projects (including planning, execution, measurement, and optimization of projects).
• Establish strong collaborative relationships with Global Outsourcing Category Teams, Contract Management Teams, Procurement Operations Teams, and Procure to Pay to develop sound operational processes.
• Ensure regional/local processes are aligned to Facebook’s global operating model. Understand and apply policies, standards and practices established for vendor management.
• Ability to think strategically and operationally/tactically.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS/BA degree
• Knowledge of legal, financial and technology components of outsourcing/sourcing
• Experience in planning, sourcing, negotiating, contracting and supplier management
• Experience working with and building successful relationships with business stakeholders, cross-functional groups and third parties
• Ability to drive change and improve end-to-end processes
• 3+ years working experience in business process outsourcing procurement, project management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a global and virtual environment, both internally and with suppliers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and experience applying these skills to resolve issues strategically
• Experience negotiating, breaking down cost models and knowledge on the drivers of ROI
• Proven project management skills - ability to manage complex projects and deliver high-quality and on-time results
