Data Management and Insights (DMI) is transforming the way that Wells Fargo uses and manages data. Our work enables Wells Fargo to empower and inform our employees, deliver exceptional experiences for our customers, and meet the elevated expectations of our regulators. The team is responsible for designing the future data environment, defining data governance and oversight, and partnering with technology to operate the data infrastructure for the company. This team also provides next generation analytic insights to drive business strategies and help meet our commitment to satisfy our customers’ financial needs.

Data Management and Insights is a growing and exciting area within Wells Fargo. This position would be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to supporting the enterprise in enhancing customer data quality with a focus on data governance and compliance. As part of the team, you would be responsible for data analytics and research in the customer data space, as well as working with key business partners across the lines of business to ensure the goals for data quality and governance are met. Your primary responsibilities would be to research and analyze patterns in the data to identify anomalies and any issues in data quality. You would also work within the team to coordinate a remediation plan or other solution as needed.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Development of queries for analysis of data
• Develop relationships with key business partners to assist in remediation planning
• Lead research efforts and manage the identification and remediation plan for any issues

• 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: data management, data governance, data quality or data analysis demonstrated through work or military experience
• 5+ years of business systems analysis or design experience
• 5+ years of process definition and documentation experience
• 5+ years of process design or improvement experience
• 5+ years of SQL or SAS experience

• Experience conducting meetings, presentations and status reporting
• Knowledge and understanding of database architecture, design, and support
• 5+ years of commercial banking experience
• 5+ years of commercial credit experience
• 5+ years of Hogan experience
