Job Description
Position title: Sales Representative / Account Manager - MAPA Professional
Location: south part of Poland / home office
Reports to: Country Manager Poland
Job summary
As a Sales Representative / Account Manager you will be accountable for achieving growth targets by selling MAPA Professional products to existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and executing promotional activities within south part of Poland and accounts. You will be part of the sales team of 3 people, working independently, while closely cooperating with the team towards common sales targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Building strong Mapa Professional presence and making the company known as a leader in personal protection products (hand protection)
- Promoting Mapa Professional products and brand awareness
- Executing plans to secure targets
- Securing the company position at defined end users through close relationship
- Searching and acquiring new end users
- Reporting activities in designated CRM and keeping customer info updated
- Prioritization of activities according to customer potential and classification
- Structured planning of activities and customer visits: work at distributor level (30% of travel time), work at end-user level (70% of travel time)
- Defining and reviewing key account plan for key distribution partners and the biggest end users
- Active participation in customer events with occasionally flexible working times
- Preparation and execution of “regional” marketing activities in coordination with Trade Marketing Manager and Country Sales Manager
- Monitoring of the competitors’ activities on the market
- Collecting Sell Out data from distributors
- Regular participation at national and international meetings
- Active input for product quality reviews and new product development
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of sales experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial sector or PPE, with technical products
- Demonstrated experience in sales negotiation and closing a sale
- Fluent in English and Polish
- Flexible working hours; average 80% travel required
Preferred Qualifications:
- High-energy self-starter as well as collaborative team player
- Drive for results
- Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills to drive sales/training point of difference
- Up-and-coming & persistent
- Ability to influence various departments with the business without direct authority
