Job Description
Sales Enablement Administrator
Sales Enablement at Apptio is responsible for driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales tools and programs. Our goal is to improve the productivity and performance of the entire Sales organization ((New Logo, Account Management, Presales, Sales Development, Channel, Strategic and Public Sector).

You will
- Design, develop, and maintain onboarding programs and ongoing training for Sales teams
- Help identify knowledge and skill gaps based on Sales team needs
- Create and procure content to fill knowledge gaps
- Manage the administration of our tool stack
- Facilitate enablement calls and manage the editing and communication of content readiness
- Help develop and manage new processes to operationalize our enablement programs
- Maintain process documentation to ensure everything is kept up to date
- Measure the success of programs through data-driven dashboards and reporting
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, CS, HR, and IT teams to optimize our training and enablement strategy for our product and target markets
- Provide insights and recommendations for sales process improvement to the go-to-market leadership team
- Develop and deliver content for Sales Kickoff and other Sales events
You have
- 1-3 years of direct experience in Sales Enablement and/or Training.
- Have extensive knowledge of sales enablement technologies, processes, and best practices
- Have previous experience onboarding and training teams
- Is an excellent project manager, knows how to create roadmaps and drive tangible results
- Comfortable operating with limited oversight
- Able to juggle multiple priorities
- Care about motivating and helping people learn and improve
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse audiences in different ways (email, meetings, presentations, etc.)
- Technical savvy. Proficiency in relevant technology including but not limited to Salesforce, Highspot, Loopio, Vimeo, Camtasia, and Outreach
- Instructional Design experience a plus

- Experience working with or supporting global teams
