Join the Thomson Reuters Enterprise Marketing Operations team as we drive sustainable change and optimization! As a key role in building on our leading-class operations and enablement capabilities, you’ll own process and governance in support of our One Marketing strategic imperatives. Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain operating models between Marketing teams as well as with business partner functions including Digital, Data, and Commercial Excellence.
  • Drive operational efficiencies by identifying functions for CoE modelling, and scale common approaches and optimizations across Marketing.
  • Anticipate external and internal customer needs; assess requirements and identify new solutions.
  • Seek continuous opportunity for optimization to internal marketing-related processes and go-to-market efforts.
  • Own cross-functional process definitions and RACIs.
  • Communicate and train relevant marketing groups on process establishment and ongoing iterations.

Key Deliverables:

  • Assess readiness, issue instructions on standardized practices and follow up for compliance and optimization.
  • Identify and prioritize pockets of excellence that can be scaled globally. Lead initiatives for implementation.
  • Regular cadence and collaboration among marketing and related stakeholder groups to share best practices, solutions, and tactical insights.
  • Calibrate internal alignment to enable high-performance marketing. Partner with members of Marketing Operations team to systematically equip marketers with required skills, knowledge, and processes.

Skills and Experience:

  • Four-year college degree in business or marketing related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years experience or 3 years experience with MBA.
  • Direct experience in marketing operations, B2B industry a plus.
  • Proven experience navigating complex global and matrixed businesses.
  • Track record of engaging senior leadership and being a catalyst for change, while demonstrating prioritization.
  • Strong business processes acumen, especially in documentation/mapping/management, plus change management and enablement.
  • Cross-functional collaboration / Influencing decisions. Relationship builder.
  • Clear understanding of marketing processes and capabilities as well as demand gen strategy.
  • Strong familiarity with marketing tools and infrastructure to support planning and budgeting, demand gen processes and lead flow, operations and workflow.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, in highly matrixed organization, with skill, attention to detail, tenacity, and a focus on results - macro / high-level and micro / detail-level.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be an individual with initiative and a solutions-orientation.
