Siemens RSS is pleased to announce an extremely exciting opportunity to work within our Team concentrating on developing innovative commercial solutions for our UAE clients.

You will work with the Sales Head to support our existing and new customers to define, develop and market Siemens solutions in the field of Building Management Systems, Digital Technologies, HVAC Controls, Security Systems, Fire Alarm Systems , Lighting Control Systems and Room Automation Systems in UAE.

  • Responsible for Order Intake, Forecasting of BMS, Security, Fire Business
  • Provide consultation to clients/Consultants on Siemens Solutions
  • Sell with minimal supervision in TBS offerings persuasively, persistently and confidently to End Clients/ Contractors and achieve target GMs.
  • Build long-term partnering relationships with Clients/ Consultants in the decision-making process to drive the sales. Actively listen, probe and identify concerns. Understand the customers’ needs. Demonstrate technical expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment
  • Positively and credibly influence strategies with owners. Frequently create competitive, high quality and timely estimates, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis. Negotiate value, address resistance and close the sale.
  • Understands the customers’ needs. Demonstrates technical expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, trust and commitment.
  • Negotiate contractual and legal terms with Customers to mutual agreement
  • Competitive Information Gathering/Strategy for individual Accounts/ Customers
  • Training / keep self and team up to date on technical changes to improve technical know-how.
  • Excellent relations with Local Sub vendors, sub contractors
  • Adhere to company processes, compliances and policies, with zero tolerance, while executing professional responsibilities

Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!

  • To be successful in this role, you will need extensive customer facing/engagement exposure
  • Proven Ability in driving innovative solutions within a competitive environment
  • At least 6-10+ year experience with System Integrators, Principal BMS / Security Manufacturer
  • Engineering Degree or Similar
