Our Talent Acquisition (TA) team within Human Resources (HR), sources and recruits candidates to meet dynamic organizational talent demands and client needs.

As a TA Operations Specialist, you will play an integral role in executing and supporting our recruiting strategy in partnership with the Europe TA Leadership team, Global TA Operations, and our shared services center. Within the role, you’ll oversee daily operations of our recruitment function, lead projects supporting continuous improvement and efficiency focused on Europe as well as global initiatives. Your scope will be project ownership from end-to-end, including communications and change management. You will have oversight for the tools and vendors used by the European team, programs and communications as well as governance and compliance across North America.

You will be a part of the Global Operations Leadership Team, playing a part in the development of a plan that will provide a framework for how the global team will operationally execute strategy and priorities.

Day to Day, you will:

  • Ensure data and compliance integrity
  • Conceptualize and deliver recruiting metrics (monthly, quarterly, and annually) for the TA organization to support accountability and transparency.
  • Monitor internal and external trends, best practices, compliance and regulations
  • Collaborate with reporting team to define report requirements and to analyze and disseminate monthly, quarterly and annual recruiting KPIs by Area, Region, including but not limited to diversity recruiting metrics, cost per joiner, candidate and hiring manager experience, offer acceptance and employee referral hires
  • Manage the TA information portal, internal training, and communicate changes in real-time
  • Partner with cross functional team members, stakeholders and the business to ensure we deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Participate in HR global and area-based leadership strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, finance, procurement, HR, immigration, and IT services

About You:

Your Program Management experience is strong. You are process oriented and calculated. You understand how to scale program through explosive growth and can measure your results.

You are hard-wired for innovative practices (design thinking/agile approach)

A Degree in HR, Business, or psychology or its equivalent is useful and an advanced degree is a plus

You have worked in a global or regional operations role within either a corporate talent acquisition function or an RPO/BPO organization

You likely have experience with diverse and complex TA Operations and strategy

You are a data and process -oriented operations expert with a thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process methodology within a global organization, preferably in the professional services industry

Although you’re a team player, you have a solid history of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual contributor towards the organization-wide objectives

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, geographically dispersed environment and are comfortable forming relationships with key stakeholders in a complex matrixed company

Your experience and skill set likely include:

Operationalize improvements and efficiencies to the recruiting process

Advanced level data management skills including the ability to interpret data from a variety of internal and external source and predict trends

Experience within a multi-national global organization leveraging offshore and vendor resources to hire top talent

Area budget management, including forecasting and accruals

Business level English skills, with the ability to organize and convey complex information clearly and succinctly

A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic and proven organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to partner and work effectively in a cross functional leadership capacity
