Amazon is looking for a Business Analyst to support the Workforce Staffing Centralized Support (WFS CS) team in Europe.
The European Workforce Staffing Centralized Support evolved from Workforce Staffing in 2017. The team has two branches: Candidate support and WFS support. ACCS (Amazon Candidate Connection Services) provides contact center experience to candidates for hourly positions in Amazon globally. In Europe, we support four languages from two vendor locations. The SOS team (Shared Optimization Services) provides shared services support for the field Workforce Staffing teams. You would be working closely with both teams that support the EU region.
As a Business Analyst you will be responsible for building a framework of products that will serve as the basis for performance review. The ideal candidate will be excited to use data to understand and improve the WFS EU CS programs. You will be curious and comfortable digging deep into data to identify areas of improvement in our processes. You will partner with the business to deliver sound, data-backed recommendations and effective solutions. You should be experienced in working with large data sets, be tech-interested and have the ability to work independently and convince teams across Amazon to support their ideas.
Responsibilities include:
· Own the development and maintenance of new and existing products focused on analysis of requirements, metrics, and reporting dashboards.
· Partner with operations/business teams to consult, develop and implement KPIs, automated reporting/process solutions, and process improvements to meet business needs.
· Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
· In-depth research of defect trends, data mining and problem solving to present analysis in easily digestible standard reports.
· Prepare and deliver business requirements reviews to the senior leadership regarding progress and potential roadblocks.
· Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions.
· Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems/reports/dashboards, etc. that will support our business needs.
This role is based out of Prague (PRG14), Czech Republic.
