This Executive Assistant will support three Senior Leaders within the Consumer and Small Business Banking Shared Services group, performing diverse, advanced and confidential daily executive administrative support duties. As a result, this assistant interacts on a daily basis with other senior level Wells Fargo leaders and executives. This role is ideal for an individual who is highly organized, detail oriented, strong initiative, tech savvy and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
• Scheduling of appointments and calendar management for senior level executives, and interacting with their teams and support staff
• Managing the Outlook Inbox for the Head of CSBB Shared Services, and manage the shared inboxes that required review and responses
• Answering phones as needed and take messages in professional, positive manner
• Leveraging strong interpersonal and social communications skills to respond to requests for help and information, greet visitors, and serve as the heartbeat of the team
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements nationally with expertise in managing time zone differences, scheduling challenges and local time sensitivities
• Composing letters, e-mails and other correspondence as required using appropriate business writing styles and proper written etiquette
• Managing agendas, materials and catering for team meetings and off-sites; and coordinating special events or office functions
• Preparing reports and presentations using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other internal systems, administering team SharePoint sites, and maintaining team org charts in Vision
• Providing timely review and preparation of expense reports to include PCard processing and validating documentation
• Managing invoice processing and submitting to accounts payable; filing invoices as needed
• Balancing/reviewing of General Ledgers and expense accounts ensuring accuracy of payments and researching concerns as needed; overseeing team budgets
• Reviewing of correspondence, reports, memos, and presentations; responsible for proofreading, editing, and quality control
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and procedures for the CSBB Shared Services group
• Managing the onboarding of new team members and contract resources
• Providing support for with sensitive and confidential projects and communications, as wells as support for larger projects managed by others
• Acting as an information source on departmental policies and procedures
• Other administrative task to support the management team and team members as needed
Hours: Monday- Friday; 8am-5pm
Location: The position will start remotely, due to the BCP for this group. Strongly preferred to sit in St. Louis MO market and eventually co-locate at the Jefferson Avenue office, however, may be open to sit in Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN; Des Moines, IA; or Dallas TX. This role is not open to telecommute long term.

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
